New Forum Domain & VBulletin.

Krypt00 has kindly bought VBulletin and Justin Helped out to set it all up. And as you all are well aware we have now bought a formal domain too.

The VBulletin is still under construction so it will improve, I got reports from Krypt that i should be ready for next week.
Then we shall start concentrating on the server and making sure we don't have any incidents that we are having at the moment.
